For me, it was the pair by Don Teeter.... Are they even in print anymore?

Kamimoto - Complete guitar repair. A useful book, maybe even the "best" on repair, but don't expect to be dazzled by it.

I haven't read the other two mentioned, but Dan Erlewine's Repair Guide is what I've been using.

One thing Dan does is rate the difficulty of the work. If you're just beginning, it may keep you from getting into something that is over your head at this point in time. Plus I like Dan's writing style.

Yes Mr. Teeter is still in print. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/the-aco ... 1113804194

I have all four mentioned (Teeter's has a part 1 and part 2). They are all good, cover some different things and approach the same repairs differently in some cases. Nice to have alternative processes.

Teeter and Kamimoto for me too. I don't know if it's still recommended in later editions of those books, but early on, when resetting necks they would cut the fretboard at the neck join to get at the neck joint. That is no longer done.
